PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Physical health is the well-being of your body. This includes having a healthy weight, getting at least 8 hours of sleep, exercising a good amount, and eating healthy food.
Mental/Emotional health is when you are in a good state of mind. Some examples of this are being able to express your emotions in appropriate ways, being able to manage your stress, and being able to care for your physical health.
Social health is when you are able to have a good relationship with the people around you. Some examples of people you should have a good relationship with are family members, friends, boyfriends or girlfriends, and authority figures.
To be able to achieve your ideal health and to lead a happy and healthy life, it is important to keep all three sides in balance.
