- Easy ways to get in your exercise are : Walking instead of getting in the car 🚘 ,swimming 🏊♀️ , playing ball games with friends 👫or dancing 💃.
HEALTHY EATING .
- Easy ways to get fitter are,Food swaps e.g - swap pizza and chips 🍟 🍕for more healthier options maybe chicken wraps 🌯.
- You could also have salad 🥗 or pasta 🍝 for lunch instead of a Nutella sandwich 🥪 But there are some exceptions to the rules you could have a balanced diet all day and maybe have a biscuit 🍪 when you got home 🏡 .
