  • The average child should eat around 1,600 -2,200 calories per day 🍔 and should do 1-2 Hours of exercise 🏃‍♀️.
  • Easy ways to get in your exercise are : Walking instead of getting in the car 🚘 ,swimming 🏊‍♀️ , playing ball games with friends 👫or dancing 💃.

HEALTHY EATING .

  • Easy ways to get fitter are,Food swaps e.g - swap pizza and chips 🍟 🍕for more healthier options maybe chicken wraps 🌯.
  • You could also have salad 🥗 or pasta 🍝 for lunch instead of a Nutella sandwich 🥪 But there are some exceptions to the rules you could have a balanced diet all day and maybe have a biscuit 🍪 when you got home 🏡 .

MY TOP TIPS !

  • Don’t worry about your weight because everyone is different⚖️.
  • Stick to healthy foods and don’t eat bad 👎food all the time🥞.
  • Do enough exercise every day🚶🏼‍♀️.
  • Eat a rainbow of foods 🌈.
  • And most importantly stay healthy 🍌.
