The story follows Tommy DeVito, a musician who started out his career with his band, The Variety Trio with his brother Nick DeVito and his friend, Nick. Tommy soon finds a teenager called Frankie and takes him under his wing. Tommy and Frankie make connections with mob boss, Gyp DeCarlo. The band grows popular because of a deal with Bob Crewe. Another member joins called Bob Gaudio, a successful song writer. The band renames themselves, The Four Seasons and becomes more popular than ever. Unfortunately a man claims that Tommy owes him $150,000. Tommy goes to the mob for help and the mob, Tommy and the man make a deal. The band has to repay the man and Tommy has to go live in Las Vegas. Nick leaves and there's only Frankie and Bob left in the band, they try to find replacements but they decide to end the band but many years later, the band reunites for the last time then they end their music career.
