DENSITY AND BUOYANCY
Density is the ratio of mass to volume in a given substance
D=M/V
Sinking: an object will sink if it is more dense than the fluid that it is in or if it has greater weight than the buoyant force
Floating: an object is will float if it is less dense than the fluid that it's in or equal to the buoyant force
