I am an achiever

  • I can work hard and boost my efficiency, especially when the deadline is close
  • I feel quite bad if I haven't progressed at all at the end of the day
  • I learnt to be an achiever so my thoughts don't prevent me from having impact

I fight the down sides...

  • I can overcomplexify discussions or waste time learning non critical things
  • I am sometimes inefficient in persuading people since I want to give a holistic picture of the problem
  • I sometimes value the process of learning and the methodology more than the outcome
