- Every parish does it differently
- Personal invitation usually works better
- Great opportunity for "quiet ones"

Does the group travel together or is it everyone for themselves?
Group Travel?
- Travel from Milwaukee to Indy together (and back:)
- Travel to/from hotel to LOS together
- Travel from departure spot on your own!
When will participants be able to see the session information?
Session information?
- Supposed to be finalized in May
- Likely available end of summer
- October gathering review sessions!
How can the parish/community support or journey with the participants on this pilgrimage?
Parish support
- Financially:)
- Prayer partners
- Live streaming - viewing parties?
- Post NCYC celebration/sharing
- Commission NCYC Pilgrims at Mass
- Updates on social media/bulletin (how many days, what you're planning...)
When we get to NCYC, can everyone go off on their own or do they travel in pairs/groups?
At NCYC - group or individuals?
- Ideally sit together as a delegation on Thursday evening/Friday morning
- In convention center, each group decides
- Rule of 3!
What do I need to bring as a group leader?
Group leader details
- Copies of everything - 2 copies of insurance card (one goes in credentials)

What do we do on the bus?
Bus time!
- Opportunity for formation & team building
- Bus games to get to know each other
- Reflect on what to look forward to/what experienced
- Rest:)
What about food?
Food issues
- Will be covered in more detail in September...
- Snacks on bus; pack lunch for bus; early dinner before opening session
- Pizza available to order at hotel (through delegation leaders only!)
- Breakfast at hotel
- Lunch/dinner on Friday & Saturday on own - lots of choices!!! (Fast food, box lunches, at Convention Center, food trucks, sit down etc.)
