WHAT IS FORENSIC AGRONOMY
Forensic agronomy is the using of agronomic procedures to measure
And verify facts pertaining to agricultural claims or losses.
Agronomy is the general study or science of crop production.
From crop production, forensic scientist can find out about crimes.

HOW IT WORKS
A forensic scientist will study the crop soil.
From the soil they can solve a crime.
For example, soil on the bottom of a shoe.

PROS/CONS
Help solve a murder case
Can give police a lead to where the crime was committed
But it's hard sometimes to track down all places with the same soil.
Takes tons of work to solve the case

NEBRASKA MURDER CASE
A women was found in a water pit in Hastings.
The soil became so saturated that she drowned.
At first they thought it was homocide, husband was charged with murder.
A crop company was sued for for having failed crop fields.
Husband was soon acquitted and found out it was an accident.
