Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time.

There is no legal definition of bullying.

However, it’s usually defined as behaviour that is:

1. repeated
2. intended to hurt someone either physically or emotionally
3.often aimed at certain groups, eg because of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation
