J.K Rowling was born on the 31st of July 1965. She is a British novelist best known for writing the Harry Potter series. The books have gained worldwide attention and have won multiple awards, and sold more then 400 million copies. They have become the most bestselling book series in history.
J.K Rowling was born in Yate, Gloucestershire. She was working as a researcher and a bilingual secretary for amnesty international, and that's where she got the idea for Harry Potter. She got the idea while waiting for a delayed from Manchester to London in 1990. It took her 7 years to write the first book.

After the success of the philosophers stone, J.K began writing more, and so came 6 more books after that.

REVIEW

Book review:
I think the way J.K Rowling put detail to the characters, the locations and events were fantastic. I also like how in each book she slowly unravels almost every characters past or a little fact about really is cool, I also like how she puts the pieces together, and In each series she thickness the plot of the story to make it interesting book by book. I only wish that instead of just Hogwarts they could have added more locations.
Rating: 9.5/10

Movie review:
They may left a few personal scenes out of the movie but I like how they still managed to fit all the primary details in the films. I only wish that when the Dursleys were going away and leaving harry. I wish they added the scene in the book where they sincerely said goodbye to him.it is an emotional/happy scene that I wish that was in the film.
