PRESENTATION OUTLINE
FIRST STEP
- COMB THE HAIR INTO A NATURAL FALL POSITION.
- Part in 5 or 7 sections.
- Secure sections with clips
STEP 2 AND 3
- Stand behind the client and comb a horizontal parting.
- Stand high up into a 90 degree elevation.
- Use the first guide as a traveling guide to cut the top section
STEP 4 AND 5
- Comb top section back and move to the side
- Hold the original guide line and a 1/2 parting at the crown
- Work forward while holding a side-standing position.
- Even off any length that does not blend with guide
STEP 6 -10
- Pick up the crown area guide and hold at 90 degrees
- Use a vertical parting to cut the hair from the crown to the nape
- Always establish perimeter design line first
- Continue the design line into sides and back
- Move behind the client hold the parting straight out to the side at 90 degrees
