Recall a time when you worked or studied in a school where trust was high. What was that like, and what effect did that trust have on the learning process? What conditions helped support that trust?

Think about the following question and with an elbow partner. Generate you ideas in your note catcher.

Closing Intention

“What is one thing you commit to doing to increase a climate of TURST in your school?
The goal of this closing activity for groups is to publicly express commitment to taking their learning into their community and school(s)/

1) Ask participants to think about one way they can put what they’ve learned to work back at schools(s). Their intention should be something specific and doable.

2) Ask participants to write their intention on a piece of paper.

3) Pass a basket around the circle and ask each

4) Go around the circle and have each person share their intention with the group.
