The Opportunist

• Wins any way possible. 
• Self-oriented and manipulative.
• Good to have in emergencies.
• An excellent person to have in sales.

The Diplomat

• Avoids or ignores conflict. 
• Wants to belong.
• Won't initiate change.
• Influences by cooperating with group norms

The Expert

• Rules by logic and expertise.
• Seeks rational efficiency.
• Good as an infividual contributor.
• A my-way-or-the-highway type.

The Achiever

• Meets strategic goals.
• Effectively uses teams to achieve goals.
• Well suited to managerial roles.
• Creates a supportive and positive environment.
• Does not think outside the box.

The Individualist

• Interweaves competing personal and company action logics
• Effective in venture and consulting roles
• A wild card who may not always adhere to the rules.

The Strategist

• Generates organizational and personal transformations.
• Effective transformational leader
• Skilled at creating shared vision across different action logics.
• Good at managing those resistant to change.

The Alchemist

• Generates social transformations.
• Good at leading society-wide transformations.
• They possess the ability to renew or reinvent their organizations.
• Can deal simultaneously with many situations at multiple levels.
