Cows make milk that we drink, we have to squeeze their utters in order to get the milk out.

In a chickens first laying year she can lay up to 100 eggs. 5 eggs per week.

The harvested acreage of potatoes in Minnesota in 2011 was 47.

Airplanes spray fields and they kill the weeds to help the crops grow better. One gallon of spray covers about one acer.

Farmers raise cotton. In the U.S., 17.0 million bales of cotton were produced in the years 2010 through 2012. A bale of cotton weighs about 500 pounds.

Farmers grow wheat. In 2011 1,526 acres of wheat were harvested.

Corn and beans are a good food source. A record high of 8.4 million acres of soybeans were planted in 2014.

Farmers use cow and pig manure so fertilize crops. 200 dairy cows produce as much sewage as a community of 5,000-10,000 people in one year.

Combines are used by farmers to help harvest crops. 8,000 combines are produced each year.
