HOW DOES THIS OCCUR?

  • A person is infected with HIV which causes AIDS
  • They have copious amounts of unprotected sex
  • Or they share a dirty needle (drug use, bad hospitals)

HOW IS IT STOPPED?

  • Once it is aquired there is no known cure
  • Being careful with actions that could cause HIV
  • Teaching others about the danger of HIV/AIDS
  • Affects can be slowed down with drugs
