Marie Colvin (1956-2012)
In the "Truth At All Cost,"
Colvin lost her own left eye due to reporting in a war. Joao Silva, a friend of Colvin's, lost both legs at the knee after stepping on a mine two days after meeting with Colvin.
" Two days after meeting, Joao stepped on a mine and lost both legs at the knee." Line 39

It's time to protect journalists
War Correspondents risk everything to give information for the news but the news talks only about the tragic events in war. Families at home shouldn't have to hear the dangers their love of faces. Newscasters exploit the death and injuries of thousands of people.
"Journalist have been thrust into spotlight under tragic circumstances." Line 5
