Your time is important. In college in order for me to make an A on a test I needed to prepare in advance through research and study, i needed to show up on time, and i needed to stay focused because time was short. Similar to being a realtor, I need to show up on time, be prepared and know my stuff.
You guys are way too busy to sell a home and you need someone who with will give you 110%. not someone who is part-time or doesn't have the proper systems and efficiencies in place to manage the sale of your home.

You and I are a lot a like. I grew up in a small town in Arkansas. As you can see my 2 brothers and I, we grew fishing, hunting, breaking windows, looking for stuff to light on fire, and summer league baseball. I was educated in politics and real estate at the University of Arkansas. I've always wanted to help people, so I chose real estate to help turn your dreams into realities as a Realtor.

When you people search your address online the first page that will pop up will be my youtube.com page versus getting lost on zilllow, realtor.com, trulia, and no one being able to not find your home on the market. We send out postcards to the neighbors of the house just listed with the youtube.com/youraddress so that it will get more hits, we send out facebook ads so more people will click on your youtube.com ad and it will drive more traffic to the house for a higher price!!!!
