SYMPTOMS
- Restlessness or felling keydup or on edge
- Being easily fatigued
- Difficulty concentrating or mind going blank
- Irritability
- Muscle tension

Anxiety disorders are partly genetic but may also be due to drug use including alcohol and caffeine, as well as withdrawal from certain drugs

- Mental disorder
- Major depressive disorder
- Bipolar disorder
- Eating disorders
- Certain personality disoders

FACTS
- Not common among mail offenders about 6%
- More common among female offenders(PTSD)
- Offenders with harsher backgrounds
- More with men and woman who have been victimized (sexually)
- More common with juvenile and adult sexoffenders
