TAOISM,BUDDISM, AND CONFUCIANISM

TAOISM

ORGINS AND FOUNDER

  • Grew from ancient Chinese philosophies
  • They were merged into one teaching.
  • In some ways it grew from reaching.
  • Spread to confusion and Buddhism.
  • Lao-Tse was the founder.

FOUNDER

  • Tao (Dao) means "the way" or ( the path).
  • It's a series of philosophical teaching that focus on archiving balance and harmony.
  • Taoism places a great emphasis on nature.
  • Balance and demonstrate the way humans live
  • They also have the Tao Te Ching it is the most significant text.

DUFFUSION

  • Taoism spread primarily to the areas.
  • Even to china surrounding it.
  • And has incorporated into teaching the beliefs.
  • Most notably Buddhism and Shintoism.
  • They also have several philosophies and religion.

CONFUCIANISM

ORIGINS AND FOUNDER

  • China during the Zhou dynasty
  • After the end of feudalism crime was rampant.
  • Confusion spoke of return to the mortal standard of the ancient.

PRINCIBLE

BUDDHISM

ORIGINS AND FOUNDER

  • Began in India

  • Became the basis of Buddhism

PRINCIPLE

  •  Desire  is  the  cause  of  suffering  and  the  way  to  end  suffering  is  to  end  desire
  • While Buddhism doesn't tech the concept of reincarnation it wasn't always seen as rebirth
  • Buddhism is not hold to a belief in dynasty.
  • It is based on the four noble truths
  • There are expectations of these practices.

DUFFUSION

  • Especially during the Maurya empire.

  • Because Buddhist was teaching incorporated into Islam.
