• President Nicolas Sarkozy established the Ministry of Immigration, Integration, National Identity and Co-development.
• Minister Brice H announced a plan to offer monetary incentives for legal immigrants to go to back to Africa
• EU and Africa established a partnership between institutions , and an improvement in the jobs.
