  • Cooks and prepares food for clients.
  • Orders ingredients.
  • Figures out how much ingredients they will need for the day.

  • Needs to be able to read measurements from a cookbook.
  • Needs to be able to measure exact amounts of ingredients.
  • Needs to be able to tell how much food is needed for each table.
  • Needs to be able to convert measurements to other measurements.
