DISCRIMINATION BEFORE WWII

The Jews were blamed for the depression and the loss of WWI, like the communists. (Bergen 39)

The Nuremberg Laws allowed the Jews to be violently attacked. (Bergen 72)

Sometimes the Jews were forced to read Mein Kampf and sing anti-semitic songs, which was demeaning. (Bergen 90)
