• Thicker at the edges, makes objects look smaller

• Material that allows light to pass through, clear

TRANSLUCENT

• Material that scatters light, material that allows some light to pass through

OPAQUE

• Material that does not let light pass through

PRISM

• Object that refracts light into the color spectrum
