HIS CHILDHOOD

  • Was born in Lobos, Argentina.
  • He spent most of his childhood in Patagonia
  • At the age of 16, he entered a militray academy
  • After the academy he went straight to the army

HIS LIFE

  • He was an argentine general then
  • He married to Aurelia in 1929.
  • She later died in 1938 due to uterine cancer
  • He was later elected to serve as president of argentina in 1946, 1951, and 1973.
  • He was later sent to Italy for almost 2 years where he saw mussolini and Hitler in power.

MORE POINTS ABOUT HIS LIFE

  • He was later assigned as colonel in 1942.
  • He was later sent to the mountains to study mountain warfare.
  • He later returned to Argentina.

EVA DUARTE

  • Peron met eva in 1944
  • They later got married in 1945.
  • She later then died in 1952.
  • She did many good deeds like giving money to the people on the streets and helping out after an earthquake hit.
  • Because of all those good deeds, the bishop wanted to make her a saint

HIS DEATH

  • He came back into power as president in 1973 but only for nine months til he died
  • Juan Peron died July 1, 1974.
  • He died of a heart attack
  • Everything that he owned or had was left for his wife, Isabel Martinez.

WHY ARE THEY REMEMBERED NOW?

  • Juan peron was looked up to for leadership
  • His second wife was also looked up to for all the good deeds she did
  • Still today they are looked up to by the argentine people.
