HOW TO BE A GOOD BOYFRIEND

UNDERSTAND RELATIONSHIPS AREN'T EASY

• You boys seem to think relationship are supposed to be easy
• This is far from the truth. They take time and effort
• Think of it like school, effort must be made in order to succeed
• This also means that sometime you have to focus more on grades
• Unfortunately that means cutting down on the video games too.

SPEND TIME WITH HER!

• This may be the most important thing on here
• You need to spend time with your girlfriend no matter what
• If you don't she will feel neglected and under appreciated
• This may mean you have to cut down on bro time and game time
• You may have to challenge your parents a bit, make them understand she is important

UNDERSTAND HOW SHE FEELS

• I know this seems like the impossible but it's actually quite easy.
• If she looks like she is upset and you ask her about she will either say no or "I'm fine"
• If she says "I'm fine" she's probably lying and really wants you to talk to her
• If she pushes you a way back off a bit but try again cause she really just wants to be with you
• This may be confusing but we are girls and we just want someone to love and support us

MAKE HER FEEL IMPORTANT TO YOU

• Saying I love you isn't always enough
• She needs to know she is important to you in more ways than one
• Involve her in things you do inside and outside of school
• Ask for her opinion on something's and don't argue with her
• Sometime you will inevitably say something stupid, you need to make sure she knows.

KNOW HOW TO APOLOGIZE RIGHT

• Saying "I'm sorry" isn't always enough either, especially if its not the first time
• You need to show her how truly sorry you really are, this may involve doing things you don't like
• For example, buying her flowers, sending her apology notes, or other ways of showing you love her
• Sometimes a more drastic step may have to be taken and may hurt your poor little pride
• You may have to publicly admit you made a mistake and ask her to forgive you that way instead

CANCELING PLANS

• Canceling plans is a huge no no when it comes to a girl
• If you plan to do something like go to the movies or a dance you better go
• If you don't there is a flood of different emotions she will feel. None of them good
• If you absolutely have to cancel you better call her and have a good reason why
• Most girls are understanding, but if you just leave her out in the open she will feel worse

MAKE SURE SHE KNOWS HOW MUCH YOU LOVE HER

• First off don't tell her you love her unless you absolutely mean it
• Make sure she knows how much you love her and care everyday
• Leave her notes in her locker or other places you know she will be
• I know this sounds stupid but girls love hearing song or poems dedicated to them
• Flowers and chocolates are a bonus but if money is tight the notes always help

DON'T MAKE PROMISES YOU CAN'T KEEP

• For girls a big pet peeve is when you make promises and don't see it through
• If there isn't above a 90 percent chance you can keep it don't promise it
• If she asks you to make a promise that you don't think you can keep tell her and explain why
• She should be understanding and commend you on being honest with her about it
• If you have something you are afraid to tell her, tell her. she may be more upset if you don't

JUST A FEW MORE TIPS

• If you say you are gonna call her later, she expects it on that day. Video chat with her sometime she'll love seeing you
• Not seeing each other on birthdays or special holidays is inexcusable
• A girl will only give you so many second chances until she realizes you just aren't worth the trouble
• If you show jealousy towards another guy in her life she will actually be glad because it shows you really care
• If a girl is wrong don't correct her and make her feel stupid, just agree to disagree and if you are right don't rub it in
