He is married to Hera.

He is known as Jupiter to the Romans.

Zeus’s wife
She was worshipped by women as the protector of marriage.
Known as Juno to the Romans
Goddess of Marriage

Ruler of the underworld and the dead.
Known as Pluto to the Romans.
Zeus' brother.
Symbols: Helmet, Metals, Jewels

POSEIDON
God of the Seas
Married to Amphitrite

HESTIA
Hestia was the sweetest, gentlest and most generous of all the Olympians
Zeus' sister.

Artemis was the twin sister of Apollo.

She protected young animals and looked after young children.

Apollo was perhaps the most loved of all the gods.
He was handsome, talented, charming and honest.

Goddess of Wisdom, War, Arts, Crafts, &City
She carried a magic shield that turned her enemies to stone.
The city of Athens was named after her.
Known as Minerva to the Romans.

God of the Forge
He had a deformed foot.
Known as Vulcan to the Romans.
Hephaestus made armor and weapons for the gods and goddesses.

Goddess of Love & Beauty
Aphrodite put on a magic belt that made other men fall in love with her.
Aphrodite’s power to love was so great that even wild lions and tigers were tamed in her presence.

Ares was a fiery, bloody character.

Son of Zeus.
