GMOs

Are they safe?

Genetically modifying animals started in the 1980’s.
It is very widely used to not only animals to make the species of the animal different but it is used to change and transform crops either larger or a different color than what they already originally were.
It works by supplying one organism with traits or characteristics from another organism or species.

Also, they use GMOs in food!
Developed nations did not consider GMOs to be safe.
In the U.S there is approx. 80% of processed GMO foods.
GMOs are the reason for super weeds and super bugs, the only way to get rid of them is to add even more toxins.
GMOs are not labeled.

Example of gmos

  • Changed the nuclei from embryos.
  • The cat was a surrogate mother for its own clone.
  • Cat embryo are injected with a virus that makes it glow red.
  • Scientists will be able to inject human genetic diseases in the cats.

Pro or Con to GMOs?

We decided we we're con against GMOs, seeing as they can cause harm to us, and that they might cause harm to animals.
