How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 sticks unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar

• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups chocolate chips

Step 1

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Whisk together flour and baking soda 

Step 2

• Beat butter and sugars on medium speed until light and fluffy
• Reduce speed to low, add salt, vanilla, and eggs
• Beat until well mixed, add flour mixture
• Stir in chocolate chips

Step 3

• Bake until cookies are golden brown around the edges
• Should be about 8 to 10 minutes
• Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes 
• Enjoy!
