Percy Jackson goes on a quest with Zoe Nightshade, Bianca Di'Angelo (both of which are hunters of Artemis) and Thalia Grace to save Anabeth Chase and Artemis the goddess of the hunt from the Titans.

• It is internal because Percy has to deal with the fact that Anabeth was captured.

• Thalia joins the hunters of Artemis and becomes Artemis's lieutenant
