Personally, my definition of health is your body and mind being happy and able to function properly.

The textbook's definition of health is:
The well-being of your body, your mind and your relationships with other people.

According to Google the definition of health is:
"The state of being free from illness or injury."

What does it mean to eat healthy?
To eat healthy means to eat good foods from the main food groups and to drink lots of water. Fruit, vegetables & protein are always a good choice.

I eat very healthy because I'm a focused athlete so a healthy diet is important to have a strong body.

EXAMPLES OF THE FOODS I EAT

  • Fruit, homemade strawberry smoothies are my favroite.
  • Vegetables, my favorite vegetable are green beans.
  • Chicken, it's a great source of protein.
  • Pasta, especially spaghetti it's full of carbs.
  • Salad, caesar, greek or italian are my favorite.

SECTION 3

Exercise is an important part of health because if you are physically fit you will have a healthier body.

Yes, I exercise because I play sports. I play hockey, softball and volleyball. Hockey is my favorite.

If I had a friend who doesn't exercise I would get them to start by helping them find a sport that they enjoy. What's more fun than doing something you love AND getting physically fit.

Two Additional Thoughts
1. I am curious about what we will be learning next quarter.

2.I think health is going to be an interesting class because it's full of interesting topics.
