Introducing the
Spinosaurus.

The Spinosaurus (spine-o-saurus. The Spinosaurus lived in the Mesozoic era. It's razor teeth and strong claws could rip its prey to pieces. The Spinosaurus was a carnivore. Spinosaurus stands for spined lizard.

The skeleton of the Spinosaurus .
The skeleton of the Spinosaurus was about 50-52 feet long. The Spinosaurus was the most feared carnivore ever. What other dinosaurs mostly feared were the spikes on the Spinosaures back. The 3 middle spikes could reach to over 6 ft long. The claws of the Spinosaurus were so sharp, they were as sharp as stake knives.

The Spinosaurus had a plans to catch this huge beast.
The Spinosaurus would run after the dinosaur. It would jump and grab its prey with its strong claws. If the Spinosaurus would follow those steps, it would get a tasty meal.

What was the spine used for.
The spine also called the sail was for swimming and also for heat regulation and also used to scare away other dinosaurs.
If I was a dinosaur in the water and I saw a big spine, I would get out right away.
