I will get a loan from Wells Fargo as I start up my restaurant
I will need to make sure I have good credit before applying,because good credit is key.
I will also need to have several people apply for a position at the restaurant

I will get my loan from a bank, like I said earlier to start my business.
The faster I make good money the faster I will be able to pay off the loan.

I'm selling different types of gourmet foods.
We specify in Texas size steak, giving us our name, Texas Classics.

It will start out in San Antonio, Texas
It will later grow to be in other city's such as Austin,Dallas,Houston, San Marcos

Since we want to insure our food is the best, we will own several ranches where we grow our food
We will have our meat products there, along with the freshest of vegetables
We will also have a section of the ranch included to make our specialty wines

THE MARKET
The market is for well, hungry people
Our specialty foods can get pricy, so middle and upper class will be the main customers
Restaurant is also open to have parties or meetings held in special serving room

OUR STRATEGY
We make sure all food or drinks being sold is top notch
We make sure our employees work their hardest and are ready to work at all times
We make sure our restaurants give off a positive vibe to both dine at and work at

BEATING COMPETITORS
Since our food can get pricy, we will have certain sales, and a happy hour
We will keep up our ads, making sure we are known
We will have scouts to send out to see how to competition is doing
We will constantly work on improving
