SCHOOLING

• In order to become come an architect you have to go to college
• Almost all architects have a professional degree
• Depending on where you go to school it takes about 5-6 years
• The closest schools to us are Unl, South Dakota State, and UC bolder
• At the end of college you are required to take a 30 hour test to be licensed

DUTIES

• Architects duties obviously include designing
• They also have to estimate the price that it is going to take to complete the project
• Figuring out how to get everything the customer wants and still keep the building structurally sound
• Figure out ways to form new ideas that have never been tried before
• We also have to make sure the building is fit for its environment.
