industry (Secondary/Tertiary)

I am hoping for a spot in... engineering, medical, or technical industries

DREAM JOB - Aerospace Engineer

The job I want in the future is Aerospace Engineering. Since a young age, I have wanted to be involved in the field of Aerospace, but without becoming a pilot or an astronaut. With the help of career cruising, I realized that Aerospace Engineers work with aerospace technology and get a high salary for it! This job definitely meets my career and personal goals, and the fact that this occupation is in demand in Canada is even better for me.

Pathway - University

  • Aerospace Engineers require a University degree
  • A bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement usually
  • For some engineers, a master's degree may be required
  • A PhD is another alternative for master's degrees
  • University engineering programs may take up to 4 years

Industry Connection to Hobby/Industry

  • This job's industry fulfills my hobby/industry goals because...
  • It supports designing, working with computers, numeracy, and science
  • It is in the secondary industry
  • It allows me to be creative
  • It is an engineering industry (as one of the industries I wanted)
