Lesson for 7th Grade Students

  • Covering content: Technology.
  • Overall Goal: students can design their personal website.

Objectives

  • Students will create posts on their personal website, using personal website develop tools.
  • Student will create post that includes appropriate information and details about their project.
  • Students will manage the contents of their website, posts that share the same topic are set in the same page.

Procedures

  • The teacher ask students to open their personal website they created in the last lesson.
  • In the computer lab, each group will post all the details they have about each topic in a separated post/page.
  • Tell students that they are expected to do a short presentation.

Procedures

  • Give immediate feedback to each group in managing information and direct the website.
  • Let the students do their presentation about the website before class and point out advantages and weaknesses of each group.

Assessments

  • The website runs normally.
  • Website contents include important information about the country.
  • Website's direction is clear.

  • Materials and Resources: - Comupters that connect to the Internet. - Personal website tools (Blogspot, Google Sites...) - Projector. - Collected data.
