Setting

This book takes place in St. Ignace, Michigan in the forest, at the camp sight and at the battle field where Kevin battles Avan Dar.

Conflict
The problems are that Kevin, Erin, and Bobby are lost in the forest. Kevin and the spirits have to fight Avan Dar. Avan Dar is after Kevins knife because the knife has special powers and would help destroy the underforest. The spirits of the underworld make Kevin the king of fire and need him to fight Avan Dar so he cannot take over the under forest.

The three kids find 6 toad bear tracks and follow them into the woods. Then they get lost and then the adventure begins.
