Life in Hitler's Germany

First Impressions

• Quite Charming
• Girls with ribbon in their hair, Boys with aprons
• Bright colors
• If there was poverty, you could't see it, it was heaven in everyway
• Music played everywhere you went

Before Hitler

• Germany was in a deep economic depression
• Germany was Democracy
• Hitler offered Dicatorship, Germany quicly said "Yes"
• Hitler brougth people back to work
• 1935 unemployment fallen to 2 million
• 1939 it was gone

Hitlers First Work

• Brought Germans back to work
• Labor camps (18-19 yrs old) Not for wages, just for the experience
• Dug ditches
• Had to work, no question
• Hitler promised Germany a building that would last

• It interested me because it talks about Germany before Hitler took over Germany!
