You shall not murder.
Matthew 5:21-22 ESV
“You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.’ But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire.
Have you ever been insulted or yelled at? How did it feel?
Do you agree with the see-saw principle that when we talk to or talk about others negatively it makes us feel better about ourselves?
Is there anyone that you need to ask God's forgiveness and his of her forgiveness for breaking down their life either to their face or behind their back?
Is there anyone who has broken you down and damaged you that you need to forgive?
