PROPERTY FRUIT LAW

If fruit falls from a tree onto another persons property that person has the right to gather it and eat it.

• If you drop fruit the land owner has a right to take it its and their land
• If you go and get the fruit on their land you are trespassing on their land
• finally, when the fruit goes on the land the owner has the right to eat it also.

• The tree that produced the fruit shall be his fruit because its his tree.
• Its basically stealing any other persons food just because it fell on his property
• The tree owner bought the tree with his own money so its just like getting free money
• because you could sell the fruit for money.
