BODY STRUCTURE ,SENSES AND HABITAT

  • Amphibians body have a slimy surface.
  • The skin is smooth and they also keep their skin wet so it won't dry out
  • They live close places near ponds, lake, river and etc.. To keep skin moist
  • The salamander has a keen sense of smell to detect it's prey.

AMPHIBIANS SIGHT

  • Toads and frogs have excellent sight when searching for food.
  • Caecilians use their eyes for hunting but they perfer their nostrils.

AMPHIBIANS HEARING

  • They hear very well.
  • They can hear sounds we cannot .
  • On the side of the frog where you see a big circle.
  • Thats the eardrum knows as the tympanic membrane.
  • The membrane is to detect enemies or prey by vibrations

BREATHING,CIRCULATORY CIRCUITS AND EXCRETORY

  • Amphibians breath by their gills when under water and lungs when on land.
  • They take in oxygen and give out carbon dioxide by their gills and lungs.
  • Like a frog
