EUROPE

LANGUAGES

  • There are many regions in Europe, thus there are many languages, it's almost impossible to list all of them of.
  • In France, the people predominately speak French.
  • In Greece, most people speak Greek.

GOVERNMENT

  • As stated in the past slide, there are many regions and countries
  • In France, they have a Semi-Presidential System
  • And in Greece, they have a Parliamentary Representative Democratic Republic

RELIGION

  • Like most countries in the world, the European countries are orientated around Chrisitian teachings.
  • In France, most people are Chrisitan, about thirty percent are non-religious, five percent are Islamic and one percent is Buddhist. 
  • In Greece, Christainity, Roman Catholic, and Islam are the major religions.

URBAN OR RURAL

  • Most of Europe is very urbanized.
  • Both France and Greek are very urban.

FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS

  • In Europe, most families consist of a mother, a father, and 2-3 kids.
  • The number of children a family is changed by the amount of income the family brings in.

SOCIAL STRUCTURE AND WEALTH

  • Upper class, working and middle class, across classes
  • Wealth in Europe s more concentrated, as wealth in all capitalistic countries are ( European countries are mainly capitalist)
