The Governor of Missouri is Jeremiah (Jay) W. Nixon

Jay Nixon was born February, 13 1956
His mother was a teacher and the head of the school board and his father Jeremiah "Jerry" Nixon was the city Mayor, making him have a ton of influences at a young age.

He graduated from University of Missouri 1978 later earning a law degree from the same institution. Jay Nixon was elected in 1992 to clean up government corruption, and to protect consumers and the enviroment.

Governor Jay Nixon's and responsibility is to grow Missouri's economy by creating jobs for the Missourian families. Which is important because we need to lower the unemployment rate.

The Governor's Budget is $26.4 billion and he spends the taxpayer money on iPads, heart defibrillators, buildings and the eradication of pesky fish.
I do not believe this is a waste of resources, and I believe the are spending our money on things the people want, which is good.
