Why did I do this topic? I didn't know if meditation was even possible, so this project was a good time to try.

Meditating basics

  • Find a comfortable position.
  • Let your breathing go natural, try to not control it.
  • Spend 30 seconds getting in the "spiritual mood".
  • Close your eyes, and just continue your calm mood.
  • After about 10 minutes slowly "wake up" and get back to your daily life

Ways to meditate

  • Imagine one word in your mind
  • Look at your thoughts at a  3rd person view
  • Imagine clouds floating through your mind
