- He was the High Priest of Heliopolis who sheltered the Holy Family at Hermopolis when they fled to Egypt.

-He learned of the miracles of Jesus from Alexandrian Jews returning from the pilgrimage in Jerusalem. He then went to Palestine to become a disciple of Jesus. He later received the Holy Spirit during Pentecost.
DIFFERENCE THEY MADE:
Aphrodisius influenced the origins of the Feasts of Charity with the camel he left behind after he was martyred.
