UNICORNS: REAL OR MYTH?

UNICORNS IN THE BIBLE

• God points out a unicorn in Job 39:9-12.
• He describes this animal " whose strength is great".
• The unicorn is said to be useless for agricultural work.
• And he refuses to serve man.
• "Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee..."

HOW THE BIBLE DESCRIBES THE UNICORN.

• "He maketh them also to skip like a calf" (Psalm 29:6).
• The presence of a very strong horn on this powerful, independent-minded creature.

UNICORNS IN ANCIENT TIMES

• Eighteenth century reports African rock drawings and eyewitness accounts.
• They described them as fierce, single-horned, equine-like animals.
