BACKGROUND INFORMATION

  • Enzymes are a protein
  • Attracting particles that fit in a certin shape
  • Speeds up the chemical reaction
  • Takes less than a second

EXPIRERMENTAL DESIGN

  • Independent variable: Amount of H2O2 we put into the experiment.
  • Dependent variable: Amount of oxygen gas produced.
  • Controlled varible: Amount of light, the amount of enzyme, and the amount of heat.
  • Expirmental group: kept the 10 ml of enzyme, we changed the amount of H2O2
  • Control group: We used 10 ml of enzyme and 5 ml of H2O2.

RESULTS

  • Blue: control group (5 mL)
  • Green:10 mL of H2O2
  • Yellow:2 mL of H2O2

CONCLUSION

  • We focused on the amount of unpopped bubbles
  • This had an impact on our results
  • It only recorded the amount of popped bubbles

CONCLUSION

  • If we gave it more time our results would be much different
  • Control group: 14.93(5 mL)
  • Second: 14.87(10 mL)
  • Third: 6.17 (2 mL)
