I HAVE WORKED in Education FOR OVER 20 YEARS

• Started my career in Prince Georges County.
• Worked at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School and Friendly High School. I was a Social Studies teacher, coach, and assistant principal.

I HAVE WORKED in Education FOR OVER 20 YEARS

• Moved to Charles County in July of 2007 as a Vice Principal at Davis Middle School.
• Was appointed Principal of Mattawoman Middle School in 2009.

OPEN, SUPPORTIVE, AND CONSISTENT

• MY MAIN JOB IS TO ENSURE ALL STUDENTS ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A GREAT EDUCATION.
• I SUPPORT TEACHERS AND STAFF TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE WHAT THEY NEED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL STUDENTS.

• DEPARTMENT CHAIRS MEETING FROM 10:30AM TO 11:00AM IN THE AUDITORIUM
• 11:00AM TO 12:00PM LUNCH ON YOUR OWN
• 12:00PM TO 2:45PM TEACHER PLANNING TIME
• NEW TEACHERS MEETING AT 2:45PM
