  • The herds of bison that once roamed the plains where hunted and killed
  • A cause is because humans are their meat and used their fur to make coats for warmth they were used so much at one time that they nearly became extinct

  • A solution is to protect the species and make it illegal to hunt them their for no one could over kill them

  • Is the gradual increase in earths temperature
  • The glaciers melting in the artic
  • A cause is the pollution given off by factory's that are created by humans
  • The effects are damage to the ozone witch allows for more heat to come in and raises earths temperature

SOLUTION

  • The solution is to find a way to decrease the amount of pollution so given off by factories such as solar power or another way to to creat more efficient sources of energy

LETTER H EUTROPHICATION

  • Occurs when fertilizers,waste,sewage or other substances rich in nitrogen and phosphorus flow into water ways causing extensive algae growth
  • An example would be the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico that caused damage to the ocean and the organisms that lived there
  • The cause was that humans were mining for oil and a line busted and cause thousands of gallon of oil to dump into the ocean
  • The effect was that lots of species of animals died and the ocean was majorly polluted

  • A solution Is simply to be more carful when mining for oil and possibly find a new sorce of oil
