Add the 10 grams of vinegar in the balloon into the plastic bottle of baking soda to make product
After the product is reacting the ballon should inflate capturing the gas
After reacting we added the balloon and water bottle mass to get 28.31 and subtracted that from mass of the reaction getting 19.95
