• 8 egg yolks
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• Heat 2-1/2 cups of half&half
• Beat 8 egg yolks and 1cup sugar
• Pour cooled half&half cream to yolk mixture
• Mix cream and yolk mixture
• Heat mixture on stove

ICE CREAM INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED

• Combine cream with 4 teaspoons vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Pour into a container, place lid on and refrigerate overnight
• Pour into ice cream maker that's turned on
• Take out place in chilled container and store in the freezer for two hours
• Take out of freezer and enjoy
