One day Little Bill was walking down the street when he saw a wolf. "There's a wolf! There's a wolf!"

No one believed him because he cried wolf all the time.

This gave Little Bill the idea to introduce a bill that requires that a fence goes around the perimeter of town to keep out all wolves.

For his bill to become a law, it first needs to be introduced into either the House of Representatives or Congress.

If the House votes in favor for the bill and it gets majority vote, it moves to Congress to go through the voting process again.

If it passes through both houses, it goes to the Conference committee to compromise on a version of the bill that will make both parties happy.

After the committee passes it, it goes to the President who will either sign the bill to make it a law or he will reject the bill and it would have to go back to Congress.

If the President rejects the bill, Congress can overrun his decision if they get 2/3 vote.

Luckily, Little Bill's bill became a law and they lived happily ever after.
